The kids have been enjoying looking at old photo albums, so I thought I’d do a few posts on oldies but goldies! This was a 10 mile hike we took in May, 2008, to the top of Mt. LeConte. It was Erin’s request for her birthday activity for that year! Other than just about killing me, it was a blast…well, I can say that easily, now that it’s in the far past! But overall, I think the beautiful view and the awareness of God’s majesty far outweighed any blisters we left with!
