Filling:
Sauté boneless skinless chicken breast cut in small cubes with fresh rosemary, a little sage, one diced onion, butter, salt & pepper. Once cooked, add a little juice of one lemon & zest, can of cream of chicken soup, 8 oz. sour cream, and little cheddar cheese. Boil red potatoes chopped in small cubes with skin still on. Cook them until just slightly soft; don’t cook too long. Drain and add potatoes to mix, stirring gently. Add mixed frozen vegetables. Optional: can add cooked bacon or turkey bacon pieces for extra flavor.
Crust (Pioneer Woman):
3 c all purpose flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 1/2 c vegetable shortening, 1 egg, 5 Tbsp cold water, 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
Cook on 350 for 30-45 min until crust is golden brown
